WF Chief Strategy Officer named to the Community Foundation Advisory Group

As members of the Council on Foundation, we join 800 organizations to expand trust in philanthropic organizations as they work to address today’s most pressing needs. The newly established Community Foundation Advisory Group assists the Council with strategic decisions related to community foundations. The Wichita Foundation’s Chief Strategy Officer Courtney Bengtson has recently been selected to serve in this national leadership role.

The rigorous selection process for this group fielded nearly 50 applications for a final cohort of 15 leaders. The Advisory Group provides a new mechanism for community foundation leaders to collaboratively influence the Council’s programs, resources, and services for community foundations.
