Amy - Corporate Community Relations, Culture and DE&I Executive - brings 20 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility and DE&I. She partners with all levels of an organization to strengthen their brands, bring community impact and create inclusive work environments.

A Wichita native, Amy currently sits on the boards of Music Theatre Wichita, Via Christi Foundation, the Wichita Public Library Foundation and serves as the co-chair for the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s DE&I Task Force. She completed her MBA from Newman University and Bachelor of Business Administration from Wichita State University.

As Senior Vice President of Outsourcing Services for Allen, Gibbs & Houlik (AGH), Cindy leads the outsourcing of accounting and payroll services for numerous businesses throughout the U.S. She has lived and worked in Wichita ever since graduating from Emporia State University where she earned her B.S. in Accounting.

Cindy is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She previously served on the Boards of Junior Achievement and Wichita Independent Business Association.

Michael Ramsey is currently the Manager and Vice President of Bokeh Development LLC. After many years in the field of orthopedics, Michael formed Bokeh Development with his long-time business partner and medical colleague, surgeon Robert Eyster. He has earned degrees from McPherson College and Wichita State University.

In addition to his continued passion for the development of downtown Wichita, Michael is a former Child Advocacy Center of Sedgwick County board member, and is currently on the Hunter Health Leadership Committee, The Greater Wichita Partnership Leadership Council and the Oversight Volunteer of ICT Chalk Talks.

One of his more recent projects, Revolutsia, won the 2020 Marshall Murdock Award for Business.

LaShonda is the Director of Inclusion, Equity and Diversity at Fidelity Bank. A Chicago native, she relocated to Kansas with a desire to make a difference in the community. She has served in both the public and private sector for the last 25 years with a focus on serving others. 

LaShonda has proudly served on several boards: Wichita Chamber Leadership Wichita Trustee and DEI Advisory Committee, KU School of Medicine Admissions Committee, Rise Up For Youth, Heroes Academy, the State of Kansas Juvenile Justice Advisory Board, the Sedgwick County Community Corrections Advisory Board, the Sedgwick County Historical Museum Board, Life Matters Ministries and St. Mark Cathedral Life Center.

Debbie, former vice president of corporate communications and community relations for Spirit AeroSystems, has worked to enhance the Wichita community for decades.

A former chair of the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce, Debbie also recently served on the Board of the Greater Wichita Partnership and co-chaired Project Wichita, a community visioning process to define a regional strategy for south central Kansas.

Antoine is a Wichita native and real estate investor at Agnew & Associates, LLC. His curiosity to understand individuals and the way they function kickstarted his career as a clinical therapist in the private, nonprofit and educational fields. Soon after, he combined social service principles with real estate as an avenue to help people gain a voice, ownership and wealth. 

Antoine completed his Master of Social Work at the University of Kansas and Bachelor of Criminal Justice at Wichita State University.

Tammy is chief marketing officer at Foulston Siefkin, LLP. After growing up in western Kansas, she attended Wichita State University, earning two undergraduate degrees and an MBA. Tammy’s prior board service includes the Kansas Humane Society, Ulrich Museum of Art, Wichita State University Alumni Association, Mark Arts and Rotary Club of Wichita (downtown), where she is a past president.

Bree Cox is a media relations professional who started writing for her local newspaper at age 14. She's done media relations for government, nonprofit and for-profit organizations, but is currently out on her own, working on her first sci-fi novel. A believer that art is hope and belongs to everyone, she enjoys serving as a Wichita Art Museum board member. She also advocates for women's rights through Trust Women. 

She's a proud supporter of her husband, Jason, president of Cox Machine, a three-generation, family-owned aerospace manufacturing company, and mom to two USD 259 high school students.

Margaret Dechant is Chief Executive Officer, Founder and Partner of 6 Meridian, an investment and advisory firm based in Wichita, Kansas. She is a member of the Wichita State University Business School Advisory Board and has volunteered time for other organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas, Youth Entrepreneurs, Mark Arts, and The Kansas Humane Society.

In their spare time, Margaret and her husband, Todd, are avid supporters of the Kansas City Chiefs and Wichita State Shockers, and enjoy travel to the beach, the mountains and all points in between.

Pat is the Director of Healthcare Banking at Simmons Bank, where he is responsible for leading the creation of a commercial banking specialty vertical in healthcare banking across six states. Under his leadership, Simmons Bank has received consecutive distinctions as a “Best Place to Work” from the Wichita Business Journal.

Pat gives back to the community through involvement with various nonprofit and community organizations, including the American Heart Association, Rainbows United, the Wichita Grand Opera and the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce. 

Stephanie is the Vice President of Communications and Public Affairs at Textron Aviation, where she oversees the communications team. She has worked in various industries, including corporate, small business, and the nonprofit sector. She served as the Vice President of Development at Rainbows United for more than a decade, where she had the opportunity to witness unmatched commitment and generosity that is only demonstrated within the nonprofit industry.

As a Partner at McDonald Tinker PA, Jennifer represents clients in Kansas appellate courts, navigating the complexities of district court appeals. With trial experience in constitutional, product liability, and personal injury cases, she strategizes to meet clients' goals, manage risk, and achieve desired outcomes.

Jennifer dedicates her time to improving the legal profession, including her work as President of the Wichita Bar Association during its Centennial Celebration. She was the youngest person ever elected to this position by her peers in a legal community of over 1,300 lawyers.

Paul is the vice president of finance and strategic development at Thrive Restaurant Group. Prior to returning home to Wichita, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the world’s first Impact Accounting firm, SVT Group, in San Francisco.

He is a graduate of Friends University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and of The University of Sydney, where he earned post-graduate degrees in International Business and in Project Management. Paul has previously served as a Trustee for Leadership Wichita and Botanica: The Wichita Gardens. He has also served on the Board of Advisors for Wichita State University's Public Policy and Management Center and Wichita's District 2 Advisory Board. 

Teresa has led the transformation of HealthCore Clinic from a small medical practice serving 2,000 patients with an annual budget of $1.2 million to an enterprise with a net worth of $20 million serving 12,500 patients each year. She began her relationship with HealthCore as an uninsured patient and served on the board as a consumer board member prior to transitioning into the role of CEO.

Teresa serves as the Vice Chair of the Kansas Primary Care Association, on various community advisory boards and is a global Young President's Organization member. She is a current doctoral candidate at Newman University. She completed her Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration at Newman as well as her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Chicago State University. 

Ronn has been a leader in the YMCA movement for over 20 years. Overseeing $250 million in facilities, his leadership has enabled the Greater Wichita to continue to grow and strengthen our community. The Greater Wichita YMCA has the distinction of having three out of four kids in the Wichita community participate in at least one YMCA program every year.

An accomplished athlete, Ronn has a national ranking in squash and spent several years playing on the Canadian national basketball team. He serves on several boards including Visit Wichita, Wesley Medical Center and WEA.

Pam, Director of Human Resources at Wescon Controls, is no stranger to philanthropy. She grew up watching her mother generously give and support nonprofits. As a New York native, Pam moved to Wichita to be closer to family and found an appreciation for the community and local businesses. Pam currently has three donor-advised funds at the Foundation, in honor of her mother and brother.

She has previously served on multiple boards, including the University of Kansas Alumni Association and Library Board of Advocates; Ronald McDonald House Charities; Mark Arts; and Junior League of Wichita. She completed her Bachelor of General Studies at the University of Kansas.
