Elevate - A Community Lab

Elevate - A Community Lab is designed to promote collaboration for nonprofits, community groups and businesses. 

Rental Eligibility

Elevate, located on the first floor of Broadway Autopark, is available to rent for meetings, training, workshops and events. The room includes audio/visual, internet (wifi) access and a service area for refreshments.

 

The Community Lab is available Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Room rental is not available on weekends. If interested in renting Elevate, please read through the Elevate Policy & Agreement Form before requesting rental usage using the form below.

Room Features

You must bring your own computer to project on the TV screen.

  • Capacity: Maximum 30 seated
  • Tables: 10, 30" deep x 60" wide rectangular top, rolling tables
  • Chairs: 30 armless chairs with caster
  • Other: Podium, rolling whiteboard, wireless internet, 85" television with streaming and video conferencing capabilities

  All day (up to 8 hours) 1/2 day (up to 4 hours)
Nonprofit orgs $100 $50
For profit orgs $200 $100

Parking

Parking garage spots are reserved for Wichita Foundation donors, staff, board members and nonprofit tenants at Elevate. Parking for all Elevate meetings is available on Broadway Street. Short-term meters are located on English Street. View parking options.
